As we close the books on 2025, Stellium is celebrating a transformational year, one that saw us recognised as Microsoft Partner of the Year 2025, expand our reach through the AXAITRA Group, and help dozens of enterprise clients accelerate their AI journey from experimentation to production.
The big picture: AI went from hype to reality
If 2024 was the year everyone talked about AI, 2025 was the year everyone actually did something about it. The market shift was dramatic: nearly every enterprise client we work with launched AI transformation initiatives, with demand for AI expertise outpacing traditional cloud work.
What changed? AI moved from proof-of-concept demos to genuine business transformation. In the first half of the year, most projects focused on straightforward document Q&A scenarios. By year’s end, we were building sophisticated multi-agent systems integrated with core enterprise platforms like ServiceNow and SAP, handling thousands of users and requiring industrial-grade governance frameworks.
The conversation evolved from “Can we use AI?” to “How do we systematically scale AI across our entire organisation?” That shift, from experimentation to industrialisation, defined our year and shaped everything we built.
Our proudest achievement: Microsoft Country Partner of the Year 2025 in Switzerland
Being named Microsoft Country Partner of the Year 2025 is a defining recognition of our journey. Selected from a global field of partners, this award validates our AI-first approach and our commitment to delivering transformative, secure, and human-centric solutions.
What made this recognition meaningful wasn’t just technical excellence. It was our consulting-first philosophy. We’ve never believed in technology for technology’s sake. Every solution we build starts with understanding business outcomes, then architecting the right approach with Microsoft’s cloud and AI stack to deliver real, measurable value.
Five years of building something special
In February, we celebrated Stellium’s fifth anniversary. What began as a bold vision in 2020 has evolved into a thriving consultancy defined by five core values: creativity, passion, trust, focus, and ambition.
These values aren’t marketing language; they’re the foundation of how we work. From our earliest partnership with Microsoft to expanding operations into Portugal, these five years have been marked by meaningful client relationships and a relentless commitment to innovation.
Other moments that defined our year
Leading the conversation at Microsoft AI Tour Lausanne
In June, we served as Gold Sponsor at the Microsoft AI Tour in Lausanne, bringing together 600+ developers and IT professionals. Our CTO, Tiago Duarte, delivered a standing-room-only breakout session on “Code-first GenAIOps: From Prototype to Production”, sparking critical conversations about operationalising AI at enterprise scale.
The AI Cellar Experience: an evening of wine tasting, AI innovation and peer networking
In September, we created something unique: the AI Cellar Experience, an exclusive evening at the Caveau du Château de Nyon, bringing together C-level executives and AI leaders from across Romandie. The event blended immersive AI demos, strategic insights, and fine wine tasting, with a standout testimonial from Carles Ureña of JTI on their global AI transformation journey. It was intimate, strategic, and unforgettable.
The next chapter: joining AXAITRA Group
Our most strategic move came in announcing our integration into the AXAITRA Group, a fast-growing European platform of Microsoft specialists founded by Robert Helgerth, former Microsoft VP. This network brings together best-in-class partners across Europe, including Zertia in Spain and LM IT in Germany.
Here’s why this matters: AXAITRA gives us the platform to replicate our successful Swiss model across new European markets while maintaining our identity, culture, and standards. We gain access to complementary services, a community of European experts, the capacity to take on larger multi-country missions, and dramatically increased visibility with Microsoft.
What the market taught us in 2025
Beyond our own milestones, 2025 revealed critical insights about where enterprise AI is heading:
- Scale demands sophistication: Projects routinely involve thousands of users, requiring systematic governance, consumption optimisation, and robust LLM operations
- Integration is everything: The most valuable AI systems connect deeply with core business platforms, triggering transactions and propagating identity seamlessly
- Multi-agent orchestration arrived: What seemed like LinkedIn buzzwords six months ago became real implementations with agent delegation, escalation, and coordination
- Data foundations matter more than ever: The most successful AI projects start with getting the data right. Quality, governance, and accessibility determine outcomes
- Industrialisation frameworks are essential: Enterprises need repeatable approaches to assess, govern, and scale AI initiatives systematically
These trends aren’t slowing down. If anything, the complexity and sophistication required will only increase in 2026, demanding deeper expertise, proven patterns, and the ability to operate AI systems at true enterprise scale.
Looking forward: our 2026 vision
As we head into 2026, our objectives are clear and focused:
We’re committed to solidifying this year’s exceptional performance, continuing to lead on AI innovation, strengthening relationships with our clients, and doubling down on data foundations, because the most meaningful AI transformations start with getting the fundamentals right.
With AXAITRA’s platform behind us and Microsoft’s deepening investment in AI technologies, we’re positioned to deliver even greater value. We’re ready to tackle larger, more complex challenges and help our clients navigate the next wave of AI maturity.
Thank you
To our clients: thank you for your trust and partnership. You inspire us to push boundaries and deliver excellence.
